Our annual cleaning day took place recently. About 20 people were there to help.

Thanks to hard work of a team of helpers, our church and hall are sparkling again. Minor repairs were carried out. The kitchen got a deep clean and even the cobwebs 8 metres up in the church didn't stand a chance. Heartfelt thanks especially to our Latvian siblings who gave the walls and doors of the Lutherhaus a new coat of paint. This was necessary after 12 years of intensive use of the Lutherhaus. In addition, the floor in the Lutherhaus will be sanded in August. Then the building will look almost as new as it did when it opened 12 years ago.

An overflowing table of delicious sweet and savoury offerings helped to replenish energies. Without the voluntary commitment of the congregation, we would not be able to maintain the buildings. Therefore: Thanks to all who came and helped!
