In the lead up for this year’s World Day of Prayer on Friday 7 March, the service written by the women of the Cook Islands, will be broadcast on RTÉ this Sunday, 2 March at 11am (link to live player https://www.rte.ie/player/onnow). We are proud that Yvonne Langebach from our church will take part in the service.

The World Day of Prayer is a special time when Christians around the world come together in unity to pray for justice, peace, and hope. This year’s theme ‘wonderfully made’ invites us to reflect on faith, generosity, and the beauty of God’s creation.

At St. Finian’s we celebrate this service in German on the day itself. If you can’t participate, we encourage you to tune in. Let’s celebrate this global day of worship together!
